Crayfish dissection
Today was day 1 for the crayfish dissection. Students observed the external portions of their crayfish and determined either they have a female or male crayfish.

Day 3 Frog Dissection
Today was the final day for the frog dissection for most bells (except 1 and 4). Students were to complete the packet after clean up from the dissection. This packet is due Thursday (Tomorrow) Frog Dissection Packet

Day 1 Frog Dissection
Today we started our frog dissection Students got into groups of 2 to 3 with a recorder. I supplied Aprons and students were to supply their own gloves. We started looking at the outside of the frog and mouth regions as seen here: Frog Dissection External

Last Day Of OGT
Today we completed the OGT tests
Reminder that all students were to turn in their homework packet this week for grading and the pop up frog in their composition book for grading.
DISSECTION NEXT WEEK. bring gloves, apron, mask (if you need). You will get ONE plastic apron from me but you must remember to bring it and not break it!!!

OGT Testing ALL week
This week we are taking the OGT tests. By the end of the week each student will have seen me TWICE. DUring this time they must have turned in their homework packet and finished their frog pop up and TURNED it in to me for grading!!!
Reminder Dissection next week. Please bring gloves if your squeamish and an apron or large shirt.

Today all students turned in their composition books to be graded. Any books turned in after the students class will be considered late and will lose a letter grade.

Completion of Photosynthesis lab and turning in Lab Notebooks
Today we completed our Photosynthesis Lab started last week. This included Title, Problem, Chart (filled in) Questions #1-5 and 1-13.
Students had the opportunity to make sure all the assignments were in their notebooks from the last two week and then the notebooks were turned in.

Lab and Notes
Today due to the last two snow days our lab had been extended. Today Bells 1 and 2 started the lab. Bell 4 completed the lab including questions.
Next week all bells will complete the lab and notes and turn the composition book in Tuesday or Wed (Except Bell 4)
